<dc:title>Synchronized scene viewer for CTK graphics rendering</dc:title>
<dc:description>
The plugins provides synchronized OpenGL views. All the views react to the mouse actions performed on a linked view. This allows, for instance, to view internals organs, catheters, scopes etc. in separate views and in compound views and orient them individually. The rendered graphical objects range from meshes, images and glyphs. These objects can be setup using the OpenCMISS ZINC API.
The openGL views are embedded in QT Widgets and can be embedded in QT GUI.
Access to the zinc context and QT widgets is through the CTK service registry.
Precompiled plugin library binaries for Ubuntu 14.04 64bit, Windows 7 MCVS 12 are available. Builds for other common platforms may be considered.
The software has been developed by The Software Development at the Auckland Bioengineering Institute. The plugins are under MedTech CORE license and can be accessed by MedTech CORE community free of charge. Commercial use requires license.

<dc:title>64-Electrode Basket Catheter Emulator</dc:title>
<dc:description>
The plugins emulates a 64-electrode basket catheter. The plugin can use external structured data provided through a shared memory. It can also emulate observed potential at an electrode for a specific electric potential pattern on the endocardial surface. The electrode signals can be viewed, colored and a subset can be selected to determine the surface potential near the catheter surface based on the selected electrodes.
Access to shared memory is through the service registry. Electrode selection, potential pattern selection, coloring are through CTK messages.
The software has been developed by The Cardiac Electrophysiology group at the Auckland Bioengineering Institute. The plugins are under MedTech CORE license and can be accessed by MedTech CORE community free of charge. <dc:title>Waveform convolution and spectrum analyzer</dc:title>

The plugin convolves two signals arriving through independent ports. The user can choose the temporal convolution width. Along with the input signals, the convolved signal, their spectrums are rendered on a QT Widget. The convolved signals and the spectrum information can also be directed to a port from where it could be written or stream to another device/plugin.
Setting up of the input and output ports is specified using CTK messages. Access to the QT widget is provided through the CTK service registry.
