Desc:
correcting errors found with newer versions of the CellML API: e-notation; namespace; and an initial value is required for state variables. The initial value on x1 fixes the problem reported on tracker item 2521

Dijit I18N Demo (locale= dir=)

Use the tree to select a language or a language/country combo; the page will reload in the specified locale. Note that tree is also rerendered using the specified language for top level tree items. Arabic and Hebrew display right-to-left so be sure to try those.

This won't work perfectly unless you've done a full build of dojo.cldr, see the CLDR readme.
