GLUT bond graph model
=====================

Here we track development of the GLUT models and simulations for CFDE Summer School in Mechanistic Modeling.
The figure below shows the diagram of the example bond graph based model of the GLUT transporter used here (see `Hunter et al. (2025) <https://doi.org/10.1016/j.bpj.2024.12.006>`_ for the details).
