BC epithelial cell model
In this version of the CellML model, we add boundary conditions introducing step changes in blood Na and/or duct glucose to the epithelial model shown below. The Views Available menu to the right provide various views to explore this model. Of particular interest are the Mathematics view showing all the mathematical equations in the model, and the Generated Code view which shows the available procedural code implementations generated from this CellML model. The Launch in OpenCOR view will load a pre-configured simulation experiment into the OpenCOR desktop application.
